  • Step 1: Cleanse and dry your hands before touching the Mask Liner.


    Step 2: Before sleeping, place the Sleep Apnea CPAP Mask Liner on your face to fit around your mouth, nose, chin.


    Step 3: Place your sleep apnea CPAP mask over the Mask Liner, making sure there are no gaps between your face and the Mask Liner.


    Step 4: Hand wash and reuse the Mask Liner as often as needed, up to five times. Hang to dry — do not put the Mask Liner in a dryer or use heat on it.
